This traineeship would suit a recent school leaver with a genuine interest inbusiness and/or ICTto join the team as an Administration Trainee. This role provides a strong foundation in business administration while completing aCertificate IV in Business Administration. This role will also be a flexible working arrangement withopportunity to work from home!
The traineeship offers exposure across different areas of the organisation, supporting the development of practical workplace skills in a professional consulting setting. This is an ideal prospect for a motivated individual looking to start their career and explore longer‑term pathways over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project support and documentation:Help organise projects, update documents, and keep records accurate and up to date.
HubSpot / CRM data management:Maintain client information,
update records, and support basic CRM reporting.
AI tools and digital workflows:Assist with everyday AI tools and digital systems to improve efficiency and workflows.
Basic technology support:Provide first-level support with office software, systems, and general tech setup.
Consulting exposure and client support:Support consultants with client work, communications, and meeting preparation.

A recent school leaver looking to start a career
Keen to learn and complete a Certificate IV qualification
Reliable, organised, and willing to ask questions
Basic computer skills and an interest in technology
Interested in a long‑term career in business, with potential to move into ICT
