The Opportunity:

This is a genuine People & Culture Business Partner role where you'll work closely with leaders across the business, providing commercial people advice while helping shape culture, capability and organisational performance.

You’ll join a business that invests heavily in its people, embraces technology and believes AI should enhance human judgement - not replace it.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
- Coach managers through ER/IR, performance and employee relations matters.
- Build leadership capability and support organisational change.
- Drive engagement, culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools and AI agents to improve HR delivery and decision-making.




- Influence business outcomes as a trusted advisor to leaders.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and sound employment law understanding.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to solving people challenges.
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for learning current ways of working.
