The Role
Our client currently has an exciting prospect for an Estimator with experience in estimating Remedial Building projects. You will have experience estimating scopes including: Concrete cancer repair / Concrete spalling repair, Balcony remediation and reinstatement, Waterproofing, Facade upgrades and Structural repair works to join their team. You will desirably have 2 + years experience. Experience in Remedial Building and Waterproofing is essential.

Role Responsibilities
- Initial assessment of tenders received to determine size and scope of project
- Attend tender meetings
- Prepare tender estimates
- Read and interpret project documentation, including specifications, drawings and BOQ's
- Complete take-offs
- Preparation of proposed methodology
- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Evaluate sub-contractor and supplier tender documentation
- Provide detailed handover of project information to the Construction Team
What are we looking for?
- Essential Experience - Minimum 2 years recent experience estimating Remedial Building works -Concrete repair / Concrete spalling, Balcony remediation and reinstatement, Waterproofing, Facade upgrades and Structural repair works.
- Tertiary Qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
- Understanding of the Remedial Building, Waterproofing and Building Maintenance process
- Full Australian working rights - Only considering applicants that are Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
