Metro North Health is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Coordinator to lead culturally secure care within the Community Foot Care Hub, improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living with foot disease across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

You will manage a diverse caseload, provide advanced clinical care, health education and care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary team, and promote culturally responsive programs
