About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable, with additional support across Accounts Receivable and general finance administration.

Key duties will include:

Processing supplier invoices and managing accounts payable in MYOB

Preparing payment schedules, ABA files, and supporting documentation

Managing supplier reconciliations, queries, and payment terms

Maintaining accurate filing of invoices, receipts, and approvals

Supporting operational reconciliations including fuel, tolls,



and reimbursements

Assisting with accounts receivable, invoicing, and debtor follow-up as required

Recording daily banking transactions and assisting with reconciliations

Supporting month-end processes and inter-entity invoicing

Responding to finance-related supplier and customer enquiries

Providing general finance and administrative support

About You

We are seeking a candidate who:

Has several years’ experience in an Accounts Officer or Accounts Support role

Has strong, practical working knowledge of MYOB

Has proven experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Is comfortable communicating with suppliers and customers regarding accounts

Is confident following up outstanding items by phone and email

Is available to work either full-time or part time, Monday to Friday, from our Yennora office

Is seeking a stable, long-term role within a finance team

Full-time, permanent role (part-time hours considered for the right candidate)
