Australia's premium fully integrated tour operator and bus charter company – not a booking platform, not brokers, not a call centre. We own our modern luxury fleet, employ professional driver-guides who know the regions, and design every tour in-house.

Culture Fit Over Experience

We already have a team of A-players. We're adding 2-3 exceptional people who will strengthen our culture – positive, professional, solutions-focused people who genuinely care about creating legendary experiences.

We're not rushing to hire. We're being selective. We'd rather take our time and find the right cultural fit than compromise our team.

All experience levels welcome – seasoned drivers or complete newcomers. If you have the right attitude, we'll invest in training you. Experience can be taught. Attitude cannot.

What You'll Earn

Weekdays: $40/hr + 12% super

Saturdays: $50/hr + 12% super

Sundays: $60/hr + 12% super

Weekly potential: $1,500-$2,500+ for full-time drivers

Multi-Day Trip Bonuses: Regular trips to Hunter Valley, Bowral, QLD, even Uluru: Hotel accommodation fully paid $35 meal allowance per day Long full days (10-14 hours) Example: 3-day Hunter trip = $1,500-$2,000+

Pay increases for: Exceptional service, initiative, clean driving record, reliability

- 14-Seater Mercedes Sprinter VIP (2012)
- 18-Seater Mercedes Sprinter Luxury (2017)
- 27-Seater Yutong D7 Executive (2024)

MR Licence:

- 2× 41-Seater Luxury Coaches (2024)





HR Licence preferred – but we'll consider LR/MR with willingness to upgrade

What You'll Do

Wine & Brewery Tours: Hunter Valley, Inner West breweries, South Coast, distilleries

Events: Hens/bucks, corporate, festivals, weddings

Snow Trips: Perisher, Thredbo (multi-day)

Long-Distance: Hunter, Bowral, QLD, Uluru

Schools & Government: Private schools, Royal Australian Navy

VIP Transport: Influencers, corporate sponsors, airport transfers

You're not just a driver – you're a professional host and connector:

- Welcome guests warmly, set positive tone
- Music on board (guests Bluetooth their playlists – you're cool with this)
- Get out and escort guests into venues
- Act as bridge between bus and experience
- Semi-hosting role with local knowledge
- Adapt to different groups (Navy officers to party crowds)
- Problem-solve on the go

Requirements

Essential:

- HR Licence preferred (LR/MR considered with upgrade willingness)
- NSW Bus Driver Authority (1-day course – we can help)
- RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Clean driving record
