Demarken Group are looking for talented individuals to join our team of A-Grade Level ‘Mechanics for Business' to support upcoming projects across Australia.

You'll need to have prior experience at the shop floor as well as in middle management and senior / executive roles. A strong understanding and passion for continuous improvement principles will be needed, as well as extensive experience in managing both strategic and daily operations across People, Equipment and Processes areas.

A trade or engineering background, or experience in manufacturing, production, processing or operations is preferred.
