Responsibilities

1. Act as the technical lead in sales pitches, delivering technical presentations and introducing EcoFlow energy storage solutions.
2. Build and maintain long-term, trusted partner relationships by understanding client needs and providing professional technical support.
3. Develop and customize technical materials, proposals, and presentations for pre-sales activities.
4. Deliver product training to ensure partners fully understand EcoFlow’s key USPs, features, and application scenarios.
5. Collect market, client, and partner feedback, and collaborate with R&D; to drive product and solution optimization.
6. Provide technical consultation and solution customization to help partners achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

1.



5+ years of customer-facing pre-sales technical support experience; home energy storage / renewable energy experience is highly preferred.
2. Self‑motivated, independent, collaborative, with passion for renewable energy and ability to learn quick in a dynamic industry.
3. Excellent communication, presentation and training delivery skills.
4. Able to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
5. English: working proficiency.
6. Valid Australian working rights are required.
