Claims Quality Assurance & Audit Specialist | Casual (3 Days Per Week)

Reporting to the Claims Assurance Manager, you'll conduct end-to-end quality reviews across multiple claims portfolios, ensuring claims decisions and customer experiences align with regulatory obligations, internal standards and best practice.

You'll use data, insights and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen governance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Claims function.

This casual opportunity offers 22.8 hours per week across three days, making it ideal for an experienced professional seeking meaningful work, flexibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Your day-to-day will include:

Conduct end-to-end reviews across a range of claims portfolios

Assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory obligations and the General Insurance Code of Practice

Analyse claim outcomes to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Prepare reporting and provide actionable insights to leaders and stakeholders

Deliver constructive feedback that supports capability uplift and consistent claim outcomes

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Claims function

Contribute to audit activities, governance reporting and compliance monitoring

Partner with Claims Leaders to enhance customer outcomes and operational performance

Experience within insurance claims, quality assurance, audit or compliance.

Strong analytical and critical thinking capability

Experience assessing claims against quality, compliance or regulatory frameworks

Ability to identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational capability
