Duties:

Joining this incredible business, you will support two Strata Managers with a portfolio across Sydney, and after some time, step up to run the portfolio yourself as an independent Strata Manager. Upon joining will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Daily contact with external stakeholders (contractors & committee members)
- Issue work orders and follow up with contractors
- Assist with preparing meeting agendas and minutes




- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to Strata schemes
- And eventually step up and take charge of your own portfolio!

Requirements:

We are looking for someone experienced, confident, and ready to take the next step in their career. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Have Previous experience in Strata
- Strata Certificate or License is essential!
- A Bright and motivated personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
