About The Chance

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver tailored recruitment solutions while driving new business growth. You'll be backed by proven systems, established processes, and a modern AI-powered sales stack including Salesforce AI, HubSpot AI, and Claude, helping you spend less time on admin and more time building relationships with your clients. Our leaders still sell from the front, so the people coaching you are the people doing the work alongside you.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Closing sales and building a strong client base
- Promoting recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
- Managing client relationships and understanding hiring needs
- Making outbound calls and handling marketing-generated enquiries
- Producing recruitment marketing and screening candidates via internal software

About You

The successful candidate will have:





- Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally phone-based
- A strong drive to exceed performance targets and take accountability for your results
- A resilient, outgoing, and relationship-focused personality
- Driven to build a long-term career in sales and recruitment
- Ability to run a proven playbook, sharp tools, and a up-to-date AI-powered sales stack
- A team player with a good sense of humour and the ability to think outside the box

- Base Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + Super, with OTE $90,000–$100,000++ In Year 1
