We are seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd-4th Year Apprentice Fitter & Turner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue developing your trade skills in a supportive, hands-on environment with exposure to a variety of machining and fitting work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and carry out machining, fitting, and assembly tasks
- Operate workshop machinery including lathes, mills, and general tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and fabrication work
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
About You
- Currently undertaking a Fitting & Turning apprenticeship (2nd-4th year)
- Strong interest in mechanical work and engineering
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
