Technical Support Specialist - Scientific Instrumentation
KE Select is partnering with a global leader in the life sciences industry to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their National Service team based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical support for scientific laboratory instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot instrument faults and perform root cause analysis.
- Support customers and internal service teams with complex technical enquiries.
- Interpret technical documentation, service manuals and instrumentation specifications.
- Manage technical priorities while delivering outcomes within service and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
About You
You'll ideally bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting, servicing or troubleshooting scientific, analytical or medical instrumentation.
- A solid understanding of laboratory instrumentation, including mechanical systems, fluidics and pneumatics.
- Solid technical fault-finding, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within service or project delivery timeframes while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently support scientists, laboratory personnel and internal engineering teams.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a passion for solving technical challenges.
