About Délidoor
Délidoor (JLMT PTY LTD) is an Australian artisan frozen meal company founded by two French dads who believed dinner should never be a compromise. From our kitchen, our chefs scratch-cook more than 190 meals in small batches, snap‑freeze them at peak freshness and deliver them to doors across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and TAS — no preservatives, no additives, no shortcuts. Recognised in the AFR Quick Starters list, we’re a fast‑growing e-commerce business with big plans, and marketing sits at the heart of that growth.
About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop, coordinate and implement integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on content production, CRM management and campaign execution. This is a hands‑on, content‑led role: you will write, shoot and produce our social and ad video content, make our chef‑made food look as good as it tastes, and own our CRM program end‑to‑end — while shaping marketing strategy directly with the co‑founders. Food content is the heart of this role: we need someone who brings both the food side and the marketing side.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Analysing sales and customer data to evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Creating social and ad video content end‑to‑end — writing scripts, shooting, editing and producing low‑fi,
social‑first video for organic and paid channels.
- Shooting food content (photo and video) — understanding what makes food look appetising on camera and translating chef‑made meals into scroll‑stopping content.
- Owning and running the full CRM program — newsletters, automated flows, segmentation and campaign calendar (Klaviyo or similar).
- Managing the social media calendar and brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Researching and analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, campaign data and competitor activity to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Planning and delivering seasonal and cultural campaigns (e.g. Mother’s Day, Bastille Day, Christmas menu) and brand partnerships.
- Managing brand consistency and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, including website, packaging inserts and social channels.
- Measuring, reporting on and optimising content, CRM and campaign performance, and presenting recommendations to the leadership team.
- Briefing and coordinating external creative and media partners and agencies.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (or at least five years of relevant experience in lieu).
- Demonstrated experience (typically 2+ years) in a marketing role combining strategy with hands‑on content production, ideally within food, hospitality, FMCG or DTC e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to create food content — shooting, styling and producing food photography and video. Please include examples or a portfolio with your application.
- Hands‑on video production skills for social‑first formats: scripting, shooting and editing (e.g.s CapCut, Premiere or similar).
- Hands‑on experience running email/CRM programs — newsletters, automated flows and segmentation (e.g. Klaviyo or similar).
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with GA4, Meta, Shopify and campaign reporting, and able to turn data into decisions.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong attention to brand voice.
- A self‑starter mindset suited to a small, hands‑on founding team — and, bien sûr, a love of good food.
Bonus points (desirable, not essential):
- familiarity with French culinary culture and/or French language skills — our brand, founders and some of partnerships are proudly French. Experience running paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is also a plus as the role grows, but not required from day one.
Salary and benefits
- $80,000 per annum (base) plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
- Full‑time permanent position based in Frenchs Forest, Sydney NSW.
- Staff discount on the full Délidoor menu — dinner is on us, regularly.
- Work directly with the founders of a fast‑growing Australian food brand.
