This is a genuine HOTdesk with established clients, existing relationships, and an endless pipeline of active vacancies.

Your focus will be on sourcing quality candidates, managing client requirements, and delivering exceptional service—not chasing new business.

What you'll be doing

- Sourcing and interviewing candidates across the civil construction and road surfacing industries
- Managing a large pool of casual and permanent employees
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and candidatesMaintaining accurate candidate records within our recruitment system




- Ensuring a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates

About you We're looking for someone who is:

- Positive, energetic and driven to succeed
- A great communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
- Experience in labour hire, customer service, sales, administration or civil construction will be highly regarded.
