Service Delivery Coordinator (Allied Health)
Valens Care Pty Ltd – Eight Mile Plains QLD
This role is an operational owner of service delivery, responsible for ensuring the right clinician provides the right service at the right time while consistently meeting contractual obligations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with our Operations Manager, Team Leaders and administration team, you'll coordinate referrals, clinician allocation, scheduling and service delivery to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care while supporting clinicians to work efficiently.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of our services, ensuring every referral progresses efficiently from intake through to service delivery, reporting and completion. A key focus of the role is ensuring our contractual service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved, while maintaining an exceptional experience for clients and referral partners.
Unlike a Team Leader, this role focuses on service delivery and operational excellence, rather than staff performance management or clinical supervision.
You will also maintain a small clinical caseload, allowing you to stay connected to patient care while providing clinical coverage when required.
