Lead Educator (Full-Time)

Location: Manly West, Moreton Bay

Salary: $34.51 – $39.24 per hour

What You’ll Do

- Lead the planning and implementation of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
- Inspire and mentor educators within your room
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‑based experiences

What You Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Current Working with Children Check for QLD
- Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style
