About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Analyst to join our team on a three-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Marketing graduate or an early-career professional to gain practical experience while contributing to real marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of promotional content and marketing materials.
- Help develop campaigns based on approved company messaging and slogans.
- Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns, initially focusing on radio advertising.




- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
- Analyse campaign results and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist with social media, website content, and digital marketing activities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
- Present recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Requirement of the Position are :

- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Positive organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
