Pay & Career Progression

- Yard Training (approx. 8 weeks) $34/hr
- Site Ready + Travel Allowance $36/hr
- Robust Site Performance $38/hr




- Basic Scaffolding License $42.50/hr
- Intermediate License / Traineeship Complete $45/hr

Career Pathway

Trainee → Scaffolder → Leading Hand → Senior Leading Hand → Foreman

Work Locations

Training begins at our Park Ridge Yard, before transitioning to commercial projects across:
