Experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver | Casual to Full time Pathway | Sydney

Storage Plus is a growing Australian self-storage company looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our Sydney team.

This is a casual role on a rotating roster, with a genuine pathway to full time work for the right person.

About the role

This is not a “forklift only” position. You will be part of our warehouse operations team and will be responsible for safely moving customer storage boxes, pallets and goods around the facility.

Your duties will include:

- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving storage boxes and pallets in and out of warehouse stacks
- Using our warehouse app on a tablet or phone to manage job updates and stock movements
- Communicating with office staff, drivers and customers
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Following all site safety procedures and company policies
- Working across a rotating roster, including possible weekend shifts

What we are looking for

To be considered, you must have:

- A current LF Forklift Licence
- At least 5 years of proven warehouse forklift experience
- Strong counterbalance forklift skills
- A safe, careful and professional approach to handling customer goods




- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for basic work tasks
- Good communication skills
- A reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible attitude toward rostered shifts and changing operational needs

Experience in self-storage, removals, logistics, warehousing or container handling will be highly regarded.
