About the Opportunity

Are you a creative individual looking to kickstart your career in graphic design and marketing? If yes, we are on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Surrounded by a collaborative team, we need someone with passion, open to ideas, an eye for detail and is driven to succeed. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Design marketing materials across various mediums such as print, digital, social media, advertisements,



and promotional collateral
- Supporting and collaborating with the Marketing Team and the in-house Graphic Designer in taking in project briefs and translating them into creative design solutions
- Developing designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels and company brands
- Using graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality artwork and layouts
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and making revisions to designs as required
- Assisting with the organisation and management of design assets and project files

Skills and Experience Required

- Qualification in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in Industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Canva
- A solid portfolio showcasing demonstrating your design capabilities and creative approach
- Strong typographical, graphical, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly
