Service Technician - Recreational Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

To support this growth, we’re on the lookout for multiple Service Technicians / Allrounders to join our high-performing team in Penrith.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers on the road by delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance on motorhomes and caravans.

Your work will include:

- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs

- Maintenance and servicing of motorhomes and caravans

- Hands-on work across carpentry, cabinetry, resealing, and general repairs

- Replacing parts and components as needed

- Working to high safety (WHS) and quality standards

- Learning and developing through ongoing on-the-job training

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after motivated, hands-on people with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

You’ll thrive if you:

- Have a trade background (or similar skills) in areas like:

- Mechanical / Auto Electrical

- Carpentry / Cabinet Making

- Caravan / RV / Campervan / Tiny Home work

- Enjoy practical, physical work

- Take pride in quality workmanship

- Are reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious

- Have experience using hand and power tools

- Communicate well and manage your time effectively

Experience in caravans or RVs is a bonus—but not essential. We’ll train the right person!
