About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging HR professional to join a dynamic operational environment, supporting a broad range of HR activities across a predominantly blue-collar workforce while gaining exposure to employee relations, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, workforce administration and employee enquiries;
- Partner with operational leaders to provide advice on people matters, workforce processes and HR best practice;
- Maintain accurate employee records, prepare workforce reporting and utilise HR data to identify trends and support decision-making;
- Support ER and case management processes, including investigations, performance matters, documentation and policy interpretation;
- Assist with engagement, recognition and retention initiatives that support a positive and productive workplace environment; and
- Collaborate closely with the broader People & Culture team within a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer or Coordinator, looking to gain exposure to Advisor level tasks.
This would best suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, building strong relationships and collaborating with a tight knit team to support a complex operational workforce.
- Demonstrated HR experience within a fast-paced and complex workplace, ideally supporting a operational or frontline workforce;
- Exposure to employee relations processes, including responding to enquiries, supporting investigations and preparing performance-related documentation;
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism;
- A curious and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, identify opportunities and contribute new ideas;
- High levels of initiative and accountability, with the motivation to continue developing your HR capability and grow your career; and
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in improving processes, systems and employee experiences within an evolving business environment.
