This is a full-time role where you’ll gain hands‑on experience, learn valuable workplace skills, and complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Retail while earning a wage.

About the Role

As a Retail Showroom Trainee, you'll be the welcoming face of the business, assisting customers and learning all aspects of showroom sales and customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Learning to demonstrate products and equipment with confidence
- Processing customer enquiries and sales orders
- Maintaining attractive showroom displays and merchandising
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Using business systems to manage customer records and orders
- Supporting the team with general showroom duties

Full training will be provided, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed.





About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping people
- Is confident communicating face-to-face with customers
- Is reliable, punctual and professionally presented
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
- Is comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
- Thrives in a busy, team‑oriented environment

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential—we're looking for the right attitude.

- Not currently hold a qualification higher than Certificate III in Retail (eligibility exceptions may apply)
