You will partner with the VM Creative team and Retail Regional Manager to translate brand strategies into tailored store layouts and coach Store Managers to own VM execution across stores.
You will monitor VM roll-outs, ensure timely completion and uphold WHS standards while driving an engaging customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership and data-driven VM improvements.
