The Mindsight Clinic is a vibrant, growing private multidisciplinary mental health clinic in Gordon, Sydney. We have a mix of psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health focussed GPs, ADHD coach and nurse practitioner services. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mental health team, specialising in the administration and monitoring of intranasal Esketamine (Spravato) treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression. The Esketamine Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring protected, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the treatment process.

About the Role

Registered Nurse – Esketamine Clinic

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Esketamine clinic on a causal basis with a view to permanent part time. This role is ideal for someone looking for school-friendly hours and flexibility, with the opportunity to possibly expand the service to another day.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient monitoring before, during, and after treatment

Administration of INTRANASAL Esketamine in accordance with clinical protocols





Ordering and managing medication supply in coordination with the pharmacy

Scheduling appointments and communicating with patients

Accurate and timely clinical documentation

Other reasonable duties as directed

Work days and hours

9:30- 2:30pm

2 days per week- days negotiable with successful applicant

Skills and Experience

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols

Organisational and time management skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics

Training will be provided for successful candidate
