About the Role

Stuck in a new car sales role and not earning what you should be?

We have the stock, the demand, and the support structure to help you maximise your earning potential from day one.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to delivery

- Sell quality used light commercial and 4x4 vehicles

- Build long-term customer relationships





- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Automotive Sales or Fleet Sales experience

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- A customer-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Strong time management and problem-solving skills

- Positive and professional attitude

- Current Australian manual driver’s licence

- Current Queensland Motor Sales Licence (essential)
