Accounts Payable Officer - Travel & Leisure Industry

We are currently looking for an experiencedAccounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts team at our head office in Coopers Plains. The successful candidate will report into our Financial Accountant and be an added value to our team. We are open to Full-time or Part-time (school hours if preferred) applicants, so please consider if this is you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Accounts Payable
- Management of Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliation of key accounts
- Report preparation and presentation
- Monitoring of accounts inbox and distributing as required.
- Answering calls to accounts, dealing with general correspondence
- Support of month-end and year-end financial activities and reporting.
- The role will need to cover for absence of Accounts Payable/Receivable staff
- Able to resolve problems.

- Previous accounts payable/finance experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and great data entry skills
