About the Role

As Store Manager, you will lead from the front—driving sales, building a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll take full ownership of store performance, operations, and team development, ensuring the store consistently delivers on both brand standards and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities





- Drive store performance and achieve sales targets

- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding results

- Analyse financial performance (sales, wages, COGS) and take action

- Manage rosters and payroll in line with budgets

- Oversee stock control, ordering, and stocktakes

- Execute national marketing campaigns in-store to brand standard

- Maintain high visual merchandising standards

- Partner with suppliers to deliver team training

- Support salon re-bookings and customer retention

- Collaborate with your Area Manager on Local Area Marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in retail or store management

- A proactive, hands-on leadership style

- Robust commercial acumen and operational discipline

- Passion for developing people and building team culture

- Customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence

- High attention to detail, reliability, and presentation

- Hair and beauty product knowledge (preferred but not essential—we’ll train you)
