Description

Sheet metal product manufacturer in Bankstown NSW. We are currently looking for a Welder Fabricator - 38 hours a week full time (or other work type) in our workshop.

Applicants will be asked to demonstrate their practical fabrication skills and drawing interpretation ability. Hourly rate and work type to be discussed during an in office demonstration interview.

7:30am starts and early finish on Fridays

38 hours week

Duties & Responsibilities

- Fabricating, fitting and welding (MIG) according to drawings - mostly mild steel
- Interpret technical drawings and work to specifications.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Fabrication and welding proficiency in a sheet metal fabrication workshop.
- Ability to read, interpret, weld/fabricate according to drawings
- Ability in operating sheet metal machines (including guillotines, drill presses, etc) favourable
- Ability to use a forklift efficiently favourable
