As a NAB Graduate in Personal Banking, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a supportive and team-oriented environment within your chosen stream. You’ll work on real projects, receive structured training and mentoring, complete meaningful work, and build strong connections with leaders and specialists across NAB.

You’ll also gain exposure to how NAB supports millions of everyday customers, helping to shape simpler, more intuitive banking experiences across digital, branch and broker channels.

What you’ll do in Personal Banking

Throughout the graduate program, you’ll work across teams that drive change, innovation and customer outcomes. You’ll have opportunities to:

- Contribute to transformation initiatives that support strategic growth and performance
- Help develop strategies that improve and digitise the customer experience
- Work with product teams to analyse customer needs and market trends




- Support the development of customer propositions and services
- Help protect customers and colleagues by strengthening and automating controls
- Support communication and engagement initiatives
- Use data and analysis to identify opportunities and insights
- Conduct research to build market and competitor understanding
- Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver customer‑focused outcomes
- Engage with customers and support the delivery of outstanding service at every interaction

Locations

Graduate roles in Personal Banking are primarily based in Melbourne and Sydney.

Program Start Date
The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.
