This independent Australian consultancy combines research, analytics, behavioural understanding, and commercial thinking to help leading brands make better business decisions.

Partnering with clients across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Property, Insurance, and Healthcare, they deliver strategic insight programs that uncover growth opportunities, improve customer experiences, and strengthen brands.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their Sydney team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior consultants, you'll contribute across the full project lifecycle - from research design and analysis through to insight generation and client presentations.

Projects span customer experience, brand, segmentation, tracking, and growth strategy, with responsibilities including:

- Managing quantitative research projects
- Data cleaning, weighting, and analysis




- Advanced analysis using Q and/or SPSS
- Developing insight-led stories and recommendations
- Creating engaging reports and presentations
- Supporting client relationships and presenting findings.

About You

- 3 years' market research experience
- Strong quantitative research capability
- Advanced Q and/or SPSS skills
- Experience working with complex datasets
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence engaging with clients
- Intellectual curiosity and commercial thinking.
