We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our Remedial Massage Practice.

We are a remedial massage and infrared sauna clinic with two locations in Sydney's beautiful Eastern Suburbs.We specialise in remedial massage and provide a range of other massage modalities, infrared saunas and our unique outdoor massages by the sea!

We are looking for a friendly, positive person with solid administrative skills and experience and a genuine interest in the Natural Health Industry to join our reception team. This is a varied and busy role within a friendly and supportive environment. It includes reception and house-keeping duties and would suit somebody who enjoys working in a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front reception desk.
- Practitioner support and management of their schedules




- Order products and supplies and stock-take
- Taking payments via HICAPS, EFTPOS, cash and online

Skills and Requirements:

- Experience and/or education in health business administration
- Open to feedback
- Knowledge of client management programs or able to learn
- Excellent presentation and professional manners
- Australian car licence and car would be an advantage

Role:

Part time position (19 hours)

Thursdays and Fridays 8am - 5.15pm

Extra hours available from time to time to cover the 7-day week reception roster
