We support Tier 1 mining companies, contractors, and maintenance providers who require experienced tradespeople at short notice to keep operations moving.

As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Diesel Fitters for ongoing opportunities across a range of mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin.

These roles are suited to tradespeople looking for flexibility, additional work alongside an existing roster, shutdown opportunities, or those seeking a pathway into ongoing rostered positions.

We welcome applications from tradespeople looking to pick up additional shutdown, backfill and adhoc work between swings. Whether you're chasing extra income, more variety, or a pathway into ongoing field service work, we'd like to hear from you.

We are building a reliable pool of skilled tradespeople to support:

- Adhoc maintenance coverage
- Roster backfill requirements
- Breakdown support
- Planned maintenance campaigns
- Shutdown works
- Project-based work
- Long and short-term site assignments

Work may range from single shifts through to multi-week shutdowns and ongoing roster coverage depending on client requirements.

Trade Disciplines Required

Diesel Fitters

- Heavy mining equipment maintenance
- Breakdown diagnostics and fault finding
- Component change-outs
- Planned maintenance and inspections
- CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi experience highly regarded

About You

To be considered, you will have:

- Relevant Australian Trade Qualification
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Additional mine site inductions and competencies will be highly regarded.
