About the Role

You'll join a performance-driven sales team in our Parramatta office, engaging warm leads to build tailored property investment strategies for clients. This is a mentored, structured role with a real earnings ceiling and a clear pathway to senior positions based on results, not how long you've been in the seat.

What You''ll Do

- Warm leads provided from day one — and if you bring your own, you'll earn even more commission.




- Run discovery sessions to uncover clients' financial goals and borrowing capacity
- Build and present tailored strategies across off-the-plan, house & land, co-living, and SMSF
- Guide clients through to settlement using our in-house mortgage and property management teams
- Maintain CRM records and track performance against quarterly KPIs

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday — weekdays and Saturdays to match when clients are most available

Skills & Experience

- Sales experience in real estate, finance, or a consultative client-facing role
- Assistant Agent Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Confidence discussing financial concepts with professionals
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in property investment
- Coachable, self-accountable, and comfortable in a structured office environment

- Location: Parramatta NSW 2150 (in-office)
- Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
- Compensation: Generous Base Salary conditional upon experience (including superannuation) + Uncapped Commission potential
