Justice Health NSW is seeking Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Aboriginal Health Workers for Primary Care across Bathurst, Broken Hill, Junee, and Parklea correctional centres. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally protected care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within NSW's criminal justice system.

Roles involve preventing and managing chronic conditions, collaborating with nurses, and supporting patients from custody back into the community.
