We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, travelling, and driving sales growth.
You'll be responsible for managing an established customer base while identifying opportunities to increase sales across a large territory. If you're a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a field-based role, we'd love to hear from you.
Territory
The successful candidate will manage an extensive territory including:
- NSW from Griffith to Newcastle
- West to Orange and Dubbo
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Conduct regular face-to-face client visits across your assigned territory.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.
- Introduce recent products and promotions to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Plan and organise travel to maximise customer coverage.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Spend 4 days per week visiting customers and 1 day per week (Friday) in the office for planning, reporting and team meetings.

Salary & Benefits
- $85,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)
- 2% commission on any increase in sales achieved within your territory

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in wholesale, territory or field sales (highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence working independently while managing a large territory.
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
- Experience servicing trade or wholesale customers.
- Experience managing regional sales territories.
Proven ability to grow sales and exceed targets.
