Responsive Building is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Queensland. You will prepare accurate repair scopes and cost estimates for residential insurance repair projects, review plans and assessor documentation, and collaborate with insurers, trades and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes.
You will use industry software such as Xactimate, Symbility or BuildXact, interpret plans, manage multiple estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement.
