Role: ERP Business Readiness Lead

About the role

We’re seeking an ERP Business Readiness Lead to support a high‑impact operational business unit through process redesign, readiness, and change activities.
This role sits within the business and will help translate the program’s outcomes into practical operational improvements that drive successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

- Support thetactical implementationof the Contemporary ERP solution within the business unit.
- Review, redesign and documentbusiness processes aligned to future-state operating models.
- Improveprocess maturity, consistency and governance.
- Drivebusiness readiness, stakeholder engagement and workforce adoption.
- Developtraining materials, procedures, work instructions and user documentation.
- Support alignment toISO 55000 Asset Managementprinciples and practices.
- Improveasset master data qualityand governance.
- LeverageSAP Signavioto establish sustainable process management practices.
- Support testing, business validation and implementation activities.




- Standardised process designs and documented operating procedures (viaSAP Signavio).
- Business readiness and change adoption plan / execution support.

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience inERP business readiness / change / process transformation(implementation-focused).
- Demonstrated capability inprocess mapping, documentation and operating model alignment.
- Experience engaging operational stakeholders and drivingadoption(readiness, training, comms, uplift)
- Exposure toasset management processes/dataand/or aligning toISO 55000
- Hands-on experience withSAP Signavio
- Excellent documentation skills
