The Role

Assist job seekers to overcome barriers and progress them to employment.

Use your engaging personality and solution-focused outlook to assist people to overcome obstacles and secure employment. Help job seekers to maintain their jobs through goal setting, your relationships with employers, and teamwork in the office. Your computer skills and our process-driven approach will enable you to fulfil administrative requirements quickly and accurately.

Being current to the employment industry is not a problem. If you have a positive attitude, ability to manage your workload / priorities, experience with a variety of customer relationships and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.

Duties

- Get job seekers into jobs
- Collaborate with the community to support job seekers
- Update systems and file case notes in line with processes and expected timeframes
- Generate leads and source vacancies
- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment
