Ashfield Apothecary is a specialty coffee cafe opposite Ashfield station. We opened in November 2019 and have been in the Positive Food Guide's Top 50 Sydney Cafes and the Urban List's best-of round-ups since.
The coffee gets most of the attention, but the food matters just as much to us — short seasonal menus, almost everything made in house, including the pastrami we cure ourselves and the cakes. We are looking for a Chef to take charge of the kitchen, plan and cost menus, develop new dishes, and
