Team Leader - Warehouse (3PL Environment)Eastern Creek, NSW | Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing 3PL operations in Eastern Creek. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, has a strong focus on safety, quality, and process management, and can lead by example to deliver outstanding results.

What you'll do:

- Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets.
- Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Promote a safety-first culture, always ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
- Monitor workflows and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to customer requirements.




- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:10 PM
- Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required.
- Pay rate: Based on experience.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role in warehousing or logistics (3PL experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and RF scanning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proven ability to build a positive, high-performing team environment.
- Forklift license and WHS knowledge highly desirable.
