Take over a well-maintained portfolio of 100 landlords across retail shops, commercial buildings and strata offices. With dedicated administration, compliance, accounts and leasing support, you will be free to focus on maintaining client relationships, protecting your landlords' assets and ensuring lease obligations are met.
- Manage repairs and contractor coordination
- Oversee lease renewals, options and critical dates
- Manage make-good obligations and arrears
- Ensure compliance across fire safety, insurance and legislation
- Conduct inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and strata

Experience required
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Experience managing commercial or retail properties
- Sound understanding of commercial lease agreements
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable car
