Senior or Principal Industrial Relations Consultant

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant to join our Brisbane team as part of our continued national growth. You’ll lead a broad range of matters, support the growth of junior consultants, advise senior stakeholders and play a meaningful role in shaping client outcomes and the broader consulting practice.

- Leading complex industrial relations matters

- Experience in the Queensland resources and construction sectors will be viewed favourably. Qualifications in Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline are preferred, though equivalent experience will be strongly considered.
