Revel Saunas on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver outstanding service and create positive customer experiences daily. This full time, office-based role is located in Arundel and reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
You’ll handle phone and email support, champion the Revel brand, provide practical product troubleshooting, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer journey.
