Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint. This role contributes significantly to providing premium service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a skilled and compassionate manner supporting the company’s purpose in “Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love”.

Responsibilities

- Carry out the collection and transfer of pets between sites on a nightly basis
- Assist the Cremation Team with the lifting/unloading of pets as required
- Ensure the coordination of cages and pet placement is carried out in accordance with company policy and procedure
- Liaise with the Area Managers and Prep Teams as required
- Attend team and company meetings as required
- Take personal responsibility for upholding standards relating to presentation, property, hygiene, including prompt reporting of loss, damage, or maintenance needs




- Taking responsibility of reporting hazards and risks that may cause harm or injury, and adhering to WH&S; policies and procedures

Requirements

- Valid HR Drivers Licence (8 ton truck)
- Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
