The Market Grocer is a successful Australian-owned FMCG business supplying an extensive range of grocery, health foods and fruit & nut products to Independent supermarkets and retailers throughout Australia. For more than 20 years we’ve enjoyed consistent growth and continue to expand our presence across the Eastern States. You’ll be joining a successful team of 12 Territory Representatives throughout NSW.

Role Description

- Manage a wide range of established accounts within the territory

- Identify and execute strategies to win new business within the territory

- Grow sales by expanding product ranging and identifying new opportunities within existing customers.

- Identify underperforming customers and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Ensure every customer within the territory is regularly serviced and its sales potential maximised.





- Ensure coverage of Territory is 100% whilst achieving set KPI's

Profile of Successful Applicant

- Independent Supermarket Food Retailing experience required

- MSO experience highly regarded

- Passionate about Independent Retailing

- Hunter attitude, with strong goal achievement focus

- Desire to make a real difference in their Territory, and work to build their customers’ Businesses

- Willingness to become knowledgeable on a wide range of our products

- Strong work ethic, effective self-management skills, good interpersonal skills, strong reputation.
