Educational Program and Practice

Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging and inclusive educational experiences.

Child Safety and Wellbeing

Ensuring a safe, respectful, and nurturing setting that promotes children’s wellbeing.

Relationships with Families and Community

Building positive partnerships with families and encouraging community involvement.

Team Collaboration

Working collaboratively with staff to maintain a supportive and professional team workplace.

Compliance and Administration

Maintaining compliance, accurate documentation,



and high-quality educational standards.

Requirements for the ECT

Essential

- Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification recognised by Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Strong understanding of child protection and child-safe practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace.

Desirable

- Experience in a long day care or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
- Experience with educational documentation platforms.

We’re a supportive centre with a fun, committed team. We work hard, laugh lots, and genuinely love what we do. We close for 3 weeks over the Christmas break so everyone gets time to recharge.
