BOQ Group is seeking a Hybrid Employee Relations Counsel/Senior Employee Relations Specialist to shape people matters across the organisation. You will work strategically and hands-on with leaders, handling disputes, tribunals, and commission matters while coaching ER Advisors and driving capability in the People & Culture team.
