International Client Operations & Logistics Specialist

Sydney (Chipping Norton) | Full-Time, On-Site | $120K–$150K base

We help Western e-commerce brands scale globally without the operational headache of building international infrastructure themselves. Our own warehouses, carrier network, and technology platform power most of our locations across Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, UK, Netherlands, US, and Japan. Where we don't own the infrastructure outright, we run it as if we do. When something goes wrong, we don't chase a third party for an answer. We fix it ourselves, fast.

Now we need someone who can sit at the intersection of logistics operations and client strategy. Not someone who manages workflows. Someone who owns outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

- Diagnose and resolve fulfilment challenges across multiple warehouses, carriers, and countries

- Use platform data to surface patterns, predict bottlenecks, and fix issues before they become client-facing problems

- Own inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and delivery metrics across our global network

Platform Intelligence

- Master our proprietary logistics platform to drive operational improvements

- Configure platform settings for specific client requirements across diverse markets

- Work with our tech team to improve platform functionality based on real operational needs

Client Partnership

- Own client issues from first contact to resolution — diagnose and solve problems yourself rather than escalating





- Translate complex logistics data into explicit, actionable recommendations clients can use immediately

- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise client supply chains

- Conduct platform training and create documentation that makes clients self-sufficient

Team Multiplication

- Mentor team members on faster, better ways of working

- Build SOPs that raise the operational bar across the team

- Lead cross-functional initiatives that measurably improve efficiency

Compensation

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000.

What You Bring

Non-Negotiables

- Logistics expertise: hands-on experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations

- Technical proficiency: strong aptitude with WMS platforms, logistics tech, and data tools

- Speed and accuracy:



comfortable owning inventory data and turning around answers fast, under pressure

- Customer focus: proven success in client-facing roles within logistics or e-commerce

- Education: university degree required — we particularly like people with a background in economics or arts who found their way into logistics, as well as those with logistics-specific degrees

- Communication: excellent English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Will Set You Apart

- International shipping or cross-border logistics experience

- Experience with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled services

- Data analysis and reporting skills

- Experience with API integrations or technical troubleshooting

- Mandarin language skills

Location & Working Arrangement

This is a non-site role based at our Sydney operations hub in Chipping Norton, 5 days a week. You'll be embedded into our global operations environment where the work actually happens. Occasional international travel may be required.
